Asia' s largest solar plant to be launched soon

Science is developing at a faster speed and new technologies are coming up to make our life more comfortable and affordable. Economists along with researches are working really hard to give us the best and promising facilities that will make our nation more powerful.

Indian Government has been working on a mega plan that can triple the solar manufacturing capacity. It will definitely be beneficial because it will eliminate the need for import from other countries including China. It’s true that if we have the resources then we can create our own things. No need of depending on others. The Indian government had this outlook from the very beginning and had worked hard to execute the plans.

As part of the plan, an accelerated manufacturing plan is being operationalized that is incentivizing setting up of solar cell that has the manufacturing capacity of 4,000 MW which would allow project developers to restrict the import of this product completely. Additionally, 3,000 MW of fresh solar cell capacity is being added under manufacturing linked bids. Previously the current capacity of solar cell manufacturing in India was about 2,500 MW but now in case of solar modules as well, 7,000 MW of capacity is being added. Power minister R.K. Singh had once said that under ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ mission, which was our PM’s dream project, domestic manufacturing capacities will increase rapidly for meeting goals towards import substitution. Once completely executed the plan will not only satisfy our country’s needs but will also encourage export which in turn will bring valuable foreign exchange.

Standing in Country capital Delhi ,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan of Madhya Pradesh said on Sunday  that the honorable Prime Minister of India,Narendra Modi will launch Asia’s largest 750 MW Rewa ultra mega solar plant which is situated in Madhya Pradesh via video conference on July 10.

According to the reports ,a state government release also quoted that Chauhan has met Union minister of state for energy, R K Singh at his residence in the national capital and urged and requested him to attend the inauguration programme. Not only India but the whole world is looking forward to this project. It is undoubtedly a big achievement for our country.
